The Role:

As a Health & Wellness Store Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, supporting day-to-day store operations, and promoting our products and offerings to help our customers thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily store operations, ensuring a clean, organised, and welcoming environment for clients.

Manage stock, replenishment, and inventory control, ensuring products are well-stocked and readily available.

Assist with scheduling and coordination, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficiencies across all areas of the business.

Deliver exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships with clients, and creating a positive shopping experience.

Maintain our social media presence, creating engaging content to promote our health and wellness products and offerings.

Ensure attention to detail in all aspects of the role, from stock management to communication and social media marketing.

Take responsibility for time management, education, and forward-thinking in your role.

Coordinate stock arrivals and ordering, ensuring the store shelves are consistently stocked and supplies are available when needed.
