Gardener wanted for busy Lawn and Garden Maintenance crew. FULL TIME Position. Experience in - Towing of Trailers, Zero Turn Mowers, hedge trimming, weed control all aspects of the job, must be able to vertical snip edges fast. Mechanically minded would be preferred. Must be fit and healthy, must have no injuries as this is physical work with some heavy lifting involved. Good positive attitude is a must. Must have driver's license and own car to get to and from work. We are based at Clifton Beach. 5:30am Starts. Must be able to work unsupervised 10 to 12 hours days. Must be able to learn all jobs and be in charge of other employees when need be. Pay is depending on experience and role. Average 50 to 60 hour per week in wet, 35 to 45 in the dry. This will become a full-time position after trial period. Full time employees with overtime make around $100,000.00 per year. We work when it's hot, we work when its wet! Some work on Saturday's mornings and public holidays. (overtime rates apply)

Must have steel cap boots, long sleeve hi Vi's shirt and long pants, start ASAP, please do not waste our time if you are not reliable, honest and hard working with a good attitude.
