Randstad is pleased to be partnering with our client who are a growing business within the care industry. They are seeking a Senior Payroll Officer or highly experienced Payroll Officer who is ready to step up to join their small payroll team.

About the role:

Reporting directly into the HR Manager and working in a team environment, your duties will include:

• Updating and maintaining of employee records
• New starter onboarding and employee file maintenance
• Processing terminations, redundancies and leave
• Responding to employee queries in a timely manner
• Award interpretation
• Handle inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues

About you:

• 5+ years experience in a dedicated payroll position
• Experience in a medium - high volume environment
• High level of attention to detail
• Full and unlimited Australian working rights
