SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

The Senior Accountant position is ideally suitable for a qualified Accountant with a 5+ years experience in the Public Practice area. The role will have you working at a senior level alongside a team of experienced professionals providing advice and support to a portfolio of high net wealth clients and businesses.

The key to your success in this position will be your ability to work within a team, have strong technical tax knowledge, be highly motivated and enthusiastic as well as an ability to relate and communicate with clients on a daily basis.

Skills, Experience and Attributes required:

5+ years’ Public Practice experience (in Australia)

Good work ethic and deadline driven

Experience in preparation of tax returns and financial statements for individuals, partnerships, companies and trusts for clients in a variety of SME industries

Working knowledge of Xero/BGL/Suitefiles/Karbon is advantageous

Organised with good time management skills and attention to detail

Well versed in Australian Tax, CGT, FBT and Division 7A

Excellent communication skills with the Keypoint Team and with clients (both written and spoken)
