Our team plays a crucial role in supporting both domestic and international students, ensuring they thrive from the moment they start their studies until graduation. We actively contribute to university-wide initiatives aimed at increasing graduation rates for undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students, whether they are studying onshore in Australia or online. Together, we are committed to making a positive impact on every student's experience.
Your New Role!
Our Student Success Advisors are dedicated to supporting current students in their academic journey. In this frontline role, you will:
- Provide essential information about courses and assist students in navigating university administrative processes.
- Guide students on maximising their university experience and connect them with additional support services as needed.
- Offer pastoral care to students facing challenges, ensuring they receive the help they need.
- Conduct outreach activities to both individual students and groups identified as needing extra support, helping them achieve academic success.

What We Offer You!
This Fixed Term (2 Years) | Full Time (37.5 hours per week) attracts a remuneration of $87K - $94K (pro rata) plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.

Selection Criteria:
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
