We’re looking for an experienced, collaborative, hands on security by design minded Cybersecurity Engineer to join our agile Digital Services Team.
Your day will be a mix of operational, tactical and strategic activities, supporting our cyber roadmap. From helping to deliver initiatives, to handling cybersecurity incidents and risk management. You will be able to influence the cyber strategy, be responsible for systems administration, and help to implement cyber security standards.
You will be an integral part of the Cyber team and work cross functionally with the wider Digital Services team including Cloud and Network, Application Platform teams, Service Desk and the wider organisation.
You will become part of an established agile team that is focused on a mixture of tactical and strategic activities to lift the cybersecurity posture across a wide range of business units and underpinning infrastructure.
Qualifications

- Relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, CEH, ISO Auditor, or GIAC are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices and tools.
- Experience with cyber security defense across People, Process and Technology.
- Familiarity with security frameworks.
- Ability to perform security assessments and vulnerability analysis.
- Understanding of cloud security and virtualization technologies.
- Hands-on experience with security tools.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining security controls.
- Proven track record of identifying and mitigating security risks.
- Able to champion our Cyber and Risk Function within Digital Services and across the organisation.
- Able to handle the pressure of multiple deadlines.
- Value the development and maintenance of cybersecurity policies and procedures.
- Work in agile ways in both the Cyber team and cross functionally with other teams.
