TGMC is looking for an experience Horticulturist to be a team leader of a small team.

As well as being passionate about developing gardens and making sure they are healthy and look fantastic, we believe organisation and clear communication are key to ensuring our clients can enjoy their gardens to their full potential.

The candidate will be working in a team of two or three, be able to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner with meticulous attention to detail. Tasks will include detailed garden maintenance as well as the installation of small gardens following a plant design.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A keen interest in soft landscaping and Horticulture

• An ability to follow instructions and work well within a team

• A strong work ethic with a desire to be introduce new ideas and initiatives

• Knowledge of plants, pest and diseases

• Have a keen eye for detail

• General knowledge of irrigation

• Knowledge of seasonal tasks eg soil improvement

• Ability to use all tools including hand and small motorised

• Cleaning and care of equipment

• Reliable references

• Candidate must live close to CBD, meet and leave from Central Station every work day
