Essential Criteria:

Diploma - Early Childhood Education or higher (ACECQA level qualification)

Experience in the Early years Learning industry

Comprehensive understanding of NQF and previous implementation of EYLF

Current Approved qualifications for child protection, First aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis

WWC Check.

Highly Desirable Attributes:

An understanding and respect for ‘best practise’

Strong communication skills, both written & verbal

Positive and proactive approach to work and tasks

Strong time management with the ability to prioritise tasks

Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment towards company values, policies and procedures

Self-motivated and able to motivate, lead and encourage others

Montessori experience preferable but not required

Having a growth mindset and being a solution seeker
