The Centre:

This community based non-profit centre is located in a leafy, easily accessible area in the northern suburbs of Adelaide. This long standing centre boasts natural learning spaces and is well resourced. The Director has created a warm, supportive environment for staff and is looking to welcome dedicated educators to the team.

The Opportunity
This is a full time, permanent role either in the toddler or nursery room. Part time and flexible working hours can be considered (minimum 3 days a week). Management strongly promotes staff wellbeing and regular professional development as well as offering excellent, above award rates of pay. This Centre invites and encourages new, innovative ideas and mentoring for those looking to progress their career.

The Centre can offer an immediate start date or is flexible if you have a notice period.
The position is open to Educators who hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or those who are actively working toward their qualification.
In this role, you'll need to be able to work a rotating roster or a mix of early, middle and late shifts.

About you:
To be considered, you will;

• Hold (or working toward) an ACECQA-approved Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education
• Have sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
• Be a strong communicator with a team focused philosophy and ability to build lasting relationships with children and families.
• The right to work in Australia

You will also need the following, or be willing to obtain these;

• Current Working with Children's Check for South Australia
• Current CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain
• Current Child Protection Training (RRHAN)
