This community minded, privately owned centre is located in the leafy, easily accessible heart of the Adelaide Hills. This new, purpose built Early Learning Centre boasts beautiful open, natural learning spaces, equipped with the latest resources. The Director has created a warm, supportive environment for staff and is looking to welcome dedicated educators to the team.

The Opportunity
This is a permanent position, ideally full time working hours either in the toddler, nursery or kindy room. Part time working hours can be considered (minimum 3 days a week). Management strongly promotes staff wellbeing and regular professional development as well as offering excellent, above award rates of pay. This Centre invites and encourages new, innovative ideas and mentoring for those looking to progress their career.

About You:
The position is open to Educators who hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or those who are actively working toward their Diploma qualification.
If you don't have a Diploma, but you hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and have more than 2 years experience in a childcare setting, you may also be considered.

You must be able to work at least 3 days per week and be flexible to work a mix of early, middle and late shifts in a long day care setting.

About you:
To be considered, you will;

• Hold (or working toward) an ACECQA-approved Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education
• Have sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
• Be a strong communicator with a team focused philosophy and ability to build lasting relationships with children and families.
• The right to work in Australia

• Current Working with Children's Check for South Australia
• Current CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain
• Current Child Protection Training (RRHAN)
