Ideally positioned opposite Robina Public Hospital, Robina Private Hospital is the first and only private
hospital to locate within the Robina Health Precinct and within close proximity to the precinct’s existing,
extensive public services. Robina Private Hospital is a 90 bed private hospital with three specialist mental
health and rehabilitation wards along with consultancy, outpatient, mental health and day rehabilitation
programs and day surgery services.
We are currently seeking a self-motivated and highly organised Casual Administration Officer to join our dynamic team. This is a diverse and rewarding role, offering exposure across several key areas including:
Private Practice
Specialty Clinic
Front Reception
Ward Administration
Medical Records Management
Day Surgery Assistance
Availability:
The successful candidate must be available to work Monday through Saturday, including some evenings, and be flexible to cover leave between August 2025 and January 2026. This position offers an excellent opportunity for the right person to progress into a permanent part-time or full-time contract.

Previous administrative experience in a healthcare or medical setting is desirable but not essential

Essential criteria:
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
Ability to ensure excellence in customer service
Solutions focused and desire to contribute to a positive workplace culture
Desirable criteria:
Medical Terminology
Private Practice experience
Accounts & billing experience
Knowledge of patient information system WebPAS
Previous experience in a hospital administration role
Previous experience in medical rehabilitation

Ability to work effectively as a team member
Ability to lead and motivate team members
Display and mentor professional behaviour
High level organisational skills
The ability to multi task and work in a faced paced environment is a must
Positive attitude and caring approach
Ability to remain calm whilst working under pressure
Everyone who joins Robina Private Hospital:
Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 3 months of commencement date
According to the role, may be required to provide a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
