About the Role

The Foot Stop Podiatry Service is seeking a skilled Finance Manager to support our growing podiatry business. This role is crucial in shaping financial procedures and strategies, maintaining compliance, optimising hiring and recruitment processes, and guiding budget allocations.

This position offers flexibility, allowing you to balance work with personal commitments while playing a vital role in financial leadership, business growth, and operational success.

What You’ll Be Doing

Financial Management: Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.

Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and healthcare industry standards, working with external accountants.

Recruitment & Hiring Campaigns: Develop data-driven hiring strategies, ensuring staff growth aligns with financial goals and operational needs.

Strategic Financial Planning: Provide insights and recommendations to the management team to enhance business profitability.

Performance & Revenue Tracking: Analyse financial statements, generate reports, and help optimise growth

Business Development: Identify new revenue streams and expansion opportunities, supporting scalable clinical operations.

What We’re Looking For

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

3+ years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally within healthcare or service-based industries.

Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with a keen eye for business growth.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of delivering actionable financial insights.

Proficiency in Xero, Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.

Leadership & collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork, influencing marketing, hiring, and operations.

Experience with risk management, payroll processing, and compliance in a regulated industry.
