Your Next Opportunity
K-Life is seeking a highly organised and proactive Scheduling Officer to join our Community team. You’ll be the engine room behind the scenes—ensuring smooth staff scheduling, rostering, reception and administration for our home care, NDIS and community clients.
In this varied and fast-paced role, you’ll be a central contact for staff, clients, and volunteers, supporting a wide range of services that help people live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate staff rosters for community and home care clients
Respond to shift changes, cancellations and leave with agility and care
Deliver excellent customer service through our community reception desk
Support payroll, finance and compliance through accurate data entry and documentation
Assist with volunteer rosters and Meals on Wheels induction
Support the Community Care Manager with general administration and communication
Be a key communicator across staff, carers, families and external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
✔ A natural organiser with strong time management and attention to detail
✔ Great communicator – confident on the phone, in person and over email
✔ Experience in rostering, scheduling, or administrative roles preferred
✔ Knowledge of Home Care, NDIS or community programs is an advantage
✔ Confident using Microsoft Office and scheduling systems (we’ll train you on ours)
✔ Calm under pressure and great at juggling multiple priorities
✔ NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
