We are a small, locally based Home Care Provider on the Gold Coast looking for staff who want to make a difference in an elder’s life. We are looking for Home Care Support Workers who genuinely love their job, show commitment, have a great attitude, are willing to learn new things, and, most importantly, listen and understand what the customer wants.

Job Types: Multiple roles, Full-time or Casual with the ability to convert to Permanent part-time or full-time. Flexibility from 10 hours to 38 hours a week

Duties Include:

Social support: taking clients to the shops, the bank, a café, or for a walk.

Transport: taking clients to appointments or respite.

Food preparation.

Respite care: assisting with exercising, dressing, toileting, and supervising the self-administration of medication.

Personal care: showering and assisting with other personal grooming.

Domestic assistance

About you:

You will need to have a Certificate 3/4 in Aged Care or equivalent

Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certificates

Have a well-maintained insured vehicle and a smartphone

You will be requested to undergo background checks, such as criminal history, demerit point/driving history, and reference checks.

Applicants will be physically fit, have good communication and technology skills and be reliable.
