This newly created role will be based in Portside, with an additional office at the Sunshine Coast, we’re seeking a full-time Administration & Accounts Payable Officer to join our growing team.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with the Finance team to ensure our operations run smoothly across both administration and finance. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with variety and room to grow.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing the Accounts Inbox

Managing accounts payable from invoice entry to payment

Maintaining accurate supplier records and payment schedules

General office administration, including filing

Ordering office supplies and coordinating service providers

Assisting with payroll

Assisting with reporting, reconciliation and finance support

Providing day-to-day support to the finance team

About You

We’re looking for someone reliable, proactive, and professional — someone who takes ownership and enjoys working in a supportive environment.

To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

Experience in office administration and/or accounts payable

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)

Experience with MYOB or similar accounting software (advantageous)
