We are currently seeking an experienced and bilingual Immigration Lawyer to join our dedicated and supportive team. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of migrants and visa applicants through expert legal representation.

About the Role
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. Flexible hours may be required depending on case demands.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice across all areas of Australian immigration law, including protection, family, skilled, and employer-sponsored visas

Draft and review legal submissions, statutory declarations, and supporting documentation for visa and Tribunal (ART) matters

Conduct client meetings and respond to queries via phone, email, and in person

Complete and oversee preparation of Immigration and ART application forms

Undertake legal and procedural research, including analysis of legislation, country information, and visa criteria

Collaborate with administrative and support staff to ensure efficient file and case management

Manage high-volume caseloads while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining accuracy

Represent clients before the Department of Home Affairs and the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART)

Stay informed on developments in immigration law and policy and apply them to case strategies

Requirements

Admitted to practise as a solicitor in Australia, with a current practising certificate

3 to 5 years of experience in Immigration Law

Proven ability to manage a high caseload effectively and meet deadlines

Excellent communication, drafting, and organisational skills

Bilingual in English and Arabic (essential)

High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ethical standards

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
