Our client is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join their team on a temporary contract basis for 6 months. The role will be working 5 days per week/ 7.5 hours per day. This position is located within Perth CBD nearby to public transport and parking. The role will be working in a medium-sized and supportive team. Reporting to the Lead of Market Regulatory and Compliance, this role will work closely with one other compliance professional within a broader Asset and Regulatory team.

Our client is seeking someone to commence as soon as possible. Candidates with notice periods will still be considered.

Location: St Georges Terrace, Perth

Your new role

• Data Integrity: Maintain precise and current compliance-related data in the system.
  
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate and oversee communication with relevant parties.
  
• Audit Readiness: Organise data collection and documentation for both internal and external audits.
  
• Compliance Project Execution: Plan, coordinate, and implement compliance initiatives, ensuring timely completion while meeting regulatory standards and stakeholder expectations.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive compliance experience, including planning, coordinating, and implementing compliance initiatives.
  
• Precise data management skills
  
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal skills.
  
• Efficiently handle multiple tasks and deadlines with a structured approach.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  
• Prior experience with SAP, Power BI, Excel, and project management tools is highly valued.
