About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead the operations of a premium-grade flagship asset. This is a rare opportunity to oversee a world-class commercial property, ensuring its seamless operation, efficiency, and exceptional service standards.

The role is ideal for someone who is almost at the operations manager level and who has strong HVAC expertise, stakeholder management skills, and a solutions-driven mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all building operational services, including fire, HVAC, lifts, hydraulics, electrical, security, and general maintenance.
• Ensure A-grade asset presentation, compliance, and safety standards are maintained.
• Manage service contracts, ensuring efficient contractor performance and cost-effective service delivery.
• Attend NABERS Building Management Committee meetings and implement sustainability and ESD initiatives.
• Assist in budget preparation (OPEX & CAPEX) and financial reporting.
• Use the Building Management System (BMS) to monitor asset performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Facilities Management, preferably in premium-grade office buildings.
• Strong technical background in HVAC, building services, and BMS operation.
• Experience in contractor and budget management.
• Knowledge of ESD, NABERS ratings, and energy-saving initiatives.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
  Ability to work on-site and be flexible with hours when required.
