Eilbeck Cranes is a 100% Australian owned company operating in Australia for over 117 years specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of all types of overhead cranes, hoists, winches and servicing company which has national operations.
Eilbeck Cranes is seeking to employ a proactive motivated Service Supervisor with a positive attitude to lead the North Queensland (MACKAY & TOWNSVILLE) based service team.
About the JOB:

Provide direction to the service technicians including allocation of jobs ensuring maximum productivity and quality of work is achieved at all times
Carry out quotations and deliver to customers
Co-ordinate the ordering of materials
Work with the service coordinator in all areas of the business
Carry out site visits and meet with new customers
Be flexible in work hours
Assume responsibility for the quality of work produced by the department and compliance with company and client policies and procedures
Take responsibility for the team's safety management
Maintain the existing client base with a view to growth
Weekly reporting
About YOU:
You will lead a team of skilled technicians, ensure high standards of service delivery, and maintain strong customer relationships

Empower your team
Have a sound understanding of the Overhead Crane business or similar
Have a sound understanding of control systems and mechanical knowledge
Electrical License would be advantageous
Experience in a supervisory role
Competent in MS office suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Be safety conscious and promote a safe environment
Strong customer focus
Focus on growth
Train and mentor service technicians
Liaise with clients to understand needs and provide solutions
