Looking for a modern approach to working? We are seeking an intermediate or senior legal assistant to join this progressive mid-tier national specialist insurance firm, and work within their Brisbane General Insurance team.

Working for two senior authors including a Principal, this role will suit someone wanting to work in a mixed insurance group covering Defendant WorkCover, Major Claims, Construction and Financial Lines.

Your duties would include, but not be limited to:

• Diary management, email and travel management
• Preparing legal documents and correspondence
• Monthly Billing
• Brief and list of documents creation
• Arranging meetings, appointments and conferences

About You

• You will ideally be a 2yr+ legal assistant
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• The ability to work well autonomously and within a team
• Exposure to monthly billing processes
