Wongai 4wd Hire is the leading Brisbane based 4wd hire company exclusively dealing with Toyota Landcruiser's and Landcruiser Prado's. No two days are the same, and you will be responsible for fleet maintenance, vehicle checks and provide additional support for potential breakdowns.

If you like heading bush, beach driving and are passionate about 4wd's, this is the job for you. Prove to us your ability to execute and deliver high performance, and you’ll have full autonomy and decision-making approval for the fleet maintenance side of the business.

What does that mean?

Being part of a fast moving environment and growing team

Working on a wide variety of vehicle diagnosis and vehicle repair work

Start to finish fleet management, vehicle onboarding, vehicle off boarding, stock control and stock management.

Potential for Island and off road recovery, if you're passionate about the camping and off road industry, this is the position for you.

What Experience is Required?

Applicants with at least 5 years of mechanical servicing knowledge

Applicants who can deal well with people (both over the phone and face to face) to resolve real world problems.

Applicants who have a can do, practical attitude to problem solving and are able to think on their feet.

Applicants who can demonstrate independent working and the ability to make good decisions without referring to management.

What experience will help you stand out?

4wd Knowledge, beach driving experience, Island Knowledge and general bush skills.

A friendly and can-do attitude, particularly when dealing with customers.

Experience in the hire industry, automotive hire or equipment hire industry.

Dispute resolution and experience dealing with contracts and insurance
