Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 7am–4pm | Gold Coast, QLD

Are you an experienced automotive mechanic or technician looking for a sea change? This is your chance to transition into the thriving marine industry with the full backing of a Mercury-certified service centre — including access to official conversion training for qualified auto techs.

Located within Australia’s premier marine precinct, we are a fully accredited Mercury and MerCruiser Service Centre, working on everything from high-performance trailer boats to larger vessels up to 40 feet. We focus on modern, late-model engines (under 15 years), ensuring a clean and technically rewarding work environment.

Who We're Looking For

We welcome applications from both marine technicians and qualified automotive mechanics with a keen interest in transitioning into marine. If you’re comfortable with EFI, diagnostics, and mechanical repair, we’ll support you with the tools and training to become a marine expert.

Ideal candidates will have:

Trade qualification as a mechanic/technician (marine or automotive)

Experience with Mercury Outboards or MerCruiser Sterndrives (a bonus, not essential)

A commitment to quality and customer service

A desire to grow and learn in a professional environment
