About Us:
The Cruising Yacht Club of WA Inc. is a private club for the use and enjoyment by its members, guests and visitors. Situated south of Perth on the shore of Cockburn Sound.

The Club offers excellent restaurant and function facilities, along with fully licensed bar at the clubhouse, situated on the waterfront strip of Rockingham.

The Role:
As our Events Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for planning, coordinating, and delivering top-tier events across the club. You’ll work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure every detail is covered — from initial inquiry to the final toast. This is a hands on position!

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage private and corporate events across the club

Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored event solutions

Work with the Restaurant and Bar Manager and kitchen/bar teams to ensure flawless execution

Manage event timelines, bookings, budgets, and vendor relationships

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hospitality standards

Provide on-site support during events to guarantee guest satisfaction
