Key Responsibilities:

· Assisting customers with plant selection, care advice and purchases

· Watering, pruning and maintaining plant displays

· Keeping the garden centre tidy and inviting

· Stock display, organisation and replenishment

· A reliable and strong work ethic

· Work closely with the indoor garden centre team

What We’re Looking For:

· A genuine interest in gardening and horticulture

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Physical fitness – the role involves lifting, bending and standing for long periods

· Prior experience in retail or horticulture is a bonus, but not essential
