About the Role:

We’re looking for a dedicated, passionate, and proactive Client Care Representative to take on our sole front-of-house role. This is a unique opportunity to become the heart of our client experience, not just answering phones, but genuinely connecting with the people who trust us with their pets, and helping shape how that experience looks and feels.

You’ll be responsible for managing all client-facing aspects of the clinic, from the first point of contact to the final farewell. With the support of the broader team, you’ll have the space and responsibility to make this role your own, refining processes, suggesting improvements, and helping us deliver the most seamless, caring experience possible.

What We’re Looking For:

A proactive attitude, you're someone who sees what needs doing and jumps in.

A commitment to continuous improvement and a client-first mindset.

Prior experience in a veterinary or medical reception role is ideal but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all client communication: in person, over the phone, and via email.

Book and coordinate appointments, admissions, discharges, and follow-ups.

Liaise with referring vets and ensure timely communication and documentation.

Taking payments via eftpos, cash, VetPay and GapOnly.

Be involved in the client-facing aspects of our ezyVet integration, including SMS reminders and email templates.

Work alongside a small, supportive team of 7 who are passionate about what they do.
