We are a local construction and land development company seeking an experienced Civil Construction Surveyor to join our project delivery team. The role involves working across a range of land development and infrastructure projects including set-out surveying, land subdivision, and ASCON data collection.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform construction set-out for roads, earthworks, drainage, utilities, and other civil works;

Carry out surveying tasks for land subdivisions, including boundary and easement markings;

Operate instruments such as total stations, GPS, and laser levels to perform topographical, control, and as-constructed surveys (ASCON);

Accurately record and manage survey data for construction verification and handover documentation;

Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and site supervisors to ensure construction accuracy;

Adhere to local surveying regulations and WHS (Work Health & Safety) requirements.

Requirements:

Qualification in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline;

Minimum 2 years’ experience in civil construction surveying within Australia;

Proficiency in set-out works, land subdivision procedures, and ASCON reporting;

Strong communication and problem-solving skills on active job sites;

White Card required; WA Driver’s Licence preferred;

Must have full Australian work rights.
