Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Brand Events & Promotions Executive to plan and execute marketing events, such as collaborations with surfing influencers and outdoor sports events, to enhance our brand visibility. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders and managing promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute brand promotion events in Australia and internationally.

• Collaborate with partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.

• Manage and maintain event materials and resources.

• Monitor event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.

• Collect feedback and assess the effectiveness of events.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in event execution, with a proven track record.

• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

• Strong customer service skills and cross-cultural communication abilities.

• Diploma or higher qualification in marketing, public relations, or a related field.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
