Format and distribute regular email campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp or in-built CRM tools.

Design digital and print collateral, including flyers, reports, and promotional materials, using tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite.

Maintain and update a library of digital assets and brand templates for use across all AATE-managed organisations.

Monitor and report using tools such as Google Analytics or platform-specific insights.

Assist in the setup and branding of online events and webinars (e.g. Zoom, Eventbrite, Teams).

Liaise with State and Territory association administrators to assist with website and membership maintenance.

Provide input into the promotion and development of digital member resources.

Skills and Experience:

Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and communications.

Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills.

Proficiency in content management systems.

Experience with iMIS and/or Wild Apricot platforms.

Familiarity with email marketing tools and social media platforms.

Working knowledge of graphic design software (e.g. Canva, Adobe InDesign).

Supportive and collaborative team culture.

Flexible work environment.
