About the role
STIHL SHOP PAYNEHAM' is seeking a full-time Retail Sales professional to join our team in Payneham, SA. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth for our range of premium gardening and landscaping equipment.
What you'll be doing
Delivering knowledgeable and friendly customer service to assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs
Demonstrating product features and benefits to customers to support sales
Maintaining product displays and store presentation to the highest standards
Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
Providing input on inventory management and product ordering
Some admin work Invoicing,data entry,stock control, putting away stock. Unpacking pallets
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role, ideally within the gardening/landscaping industry
Strong product knowledge and a passion for gardening and outdoor equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers
Ability to work effectively as part of a team to contribute to store success
Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail for accurate cash handling
Flexibility to work weekends 9am - 1pm
