We are looking to hire a full-time Sales Consultant to float between our Adelaide stores. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s confident with pro audio gear, has some knowledge of guitars and keyboards, and enjoys working across different departments and locations.

What we’re looking for:

Pro audio experience is essential — DJ gear knowledge is a big plus.

Comfortable talking about guitars and keyboards.

Weekend availability is required.

Retail experience is ideal, but we also welcome people from hospitality, education, healthcare, or other service-focused industries.

A team player who’s adaptable, friendly, and passionate about helping customers find the right gear.

Availability for Monday to Friday 9.25am 5.35pm, Saturdays 9.25am - 4.05pm Sundays 11.50am - 4.10pm

Regular Duties Include:

Provide extraordinary customer service that is friendly, positive, genuine, and knowledgeable, with a focus on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

Maintain high levels of communication with internal and external stakeholders

Managing all aspects of sales from planning & preparation, handling enquiries, consultation & building rapport, demonstration and product & service pitch, negotiations, closing sale and after sales support.

Active involvement in day-to-day store procedures

Working to individual and team goals, targets, and deadlines (financial or otherwise)

Participate and contribute to crew meetings, product training & professional development as required

Essential Skills and Experience Required:

Highly developed skills in sales and customer service

Retail experience

Must be available 7 days a week with flexibility (it's 5 shifts per week)

Experience as a musician, with practical knowledge of Pro Audio gear across our range - DJ gear, Audio, Lighting Keyboards, Production/Studio, and some experience with Guitars/Bass products.
