Lighton Electrics is an electrical services business with almost 40 years’ experience. We are small, tight-knit team with a vision and ambition to continue our growth.

We’re looking for someone who can help lighten the load of our very hands-on MD and current office support

This position will be a shared role with a senior admin - So if you are looking for a full-filling role for 2 - 3 days a week this is for you.

It’s important to us that we find the right person – a proactive, switched-on communicator who will make sure everything continues to tick along with all the I’s dotted and T’s crossed while everyone is out with our clients.

You will love this role if you have the skills, drive and experience to be a central part of a small company and really take ownership of the 3 functions of the role:

You will be responsible for:

Providing amazing customer service over phone and email in support of our current office staff (our clients will be the first to tell you how high their expectations are – and we absolutely deliver).

Office management: Being part of the team that makes sure the office runs like a well-oiled machine.

Processing the teams work orders for approval

Be able to follow work processes

Proficiency in Microsoft suite
