In this key position, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to the strata management team, ensuring exceptional service delivery to their valued clients. Collaborating closely with the Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of their expanding firm.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and mentoring a team of strata management professionals to achieve exceptional service and operational outcomes

Managing a small portfolio consisting of only key clientele

Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction

Providing high-level advice and support to clients on complex strata issues

Collaborating with the broader leadership team to contribute to the strategic direction of the business

Representing the company at industry events and forums

What we're looking for

Extensive experience (5+ years) in a strata management role or body corporate leadership role

Happy to talk to Senior Strata Manager's looking to take a step up in their career

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Thorough understanding of strata legislation, regulations, and compliance requirements

Strong financial management and analytical skills

Ability to work autonomously and make complex decisions

Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
