Career Pathway:

1. Face-to-Face Fundraiser

Your Role:

Inspire monthly donations through meaningful, one-on-one conversations.

Represent charities ethically and authentically.

Contribute positively to team culture.

Salary & Earnings:

Base Salary: $70,707 p.a. (inc. super)

On-Target Earnings (OTE): approx. $85,000 p.a. (inc. super), achievable with 10-11 weekly sign-ups (uncapped potential).

What You’ll Bring:

Genuine, clear communication skills (all styles valued).

Strong listening skills with deep attention to detail.

Passion, resilience, and empathy.

3+ months experience in face-to-face sales or fundraising or similar direct sales positions (highly regarded).

2. Local Manager

Your Role:

Lead a team of 6-8 fundraisers through daily coaching and mentoring.

Drive performance using clear, measurable KPIs.

Foster an ethical and inclusive team culture.

Salary & Earnings:

Base Salary: $80,808 p.a. (inc. super)

OTE: approx. $109,000 p.a. (inc. super) with generous, uncapped bonuses.

What You’ll Bring:

Proven leadership experience in fundraising or sales.

Ability to recognize and nurture individual strengths.

Strong coaching and motivational skills.

6+ months experience in face-to-face sales or fundraising or similar direct sales positions (highly regarded).

3. Regional Manager

Your Role:

Oversee multiple fundraising teams, driving strategic growth.

Develop Local Managers into impactful leaders.

Analyze performance data to guide team success.

Salary & Earnings:

Base Salary: $90,101 p.a. (inc. super)

OTE: approx. $132,000 p.a. (inc. super), directly linked to regional results.

What You’ll Bring:

Senior-level experience managing large teams.

Track record of mentoring leaders.

Strategic insight and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

12+ months experience in face-to-face sales or fundraising or similar direct sales positions (highly regarded).
