The role:

We're looking for a reliable support worker to join a tight-knit team providing personalized care for a ventilated quadriplegic customer with high complex support needs, including They live in a purpose-built home designed for safety, comfort, and independence.

You'll work 3 shifts per week on a rotating roster, including weekends. Shifts are:

• 6am to 1pm
• 11am to 9.30pm
• Active overnight: 9pm to 6am.

What You'll Do:

• Personal care, including bowel and catheter support
• Medication administration
• Client Specific Manual handling (including three-person transfers)
• Domestic assistance and home support
• Social and Community support
• Ventilator and tracheostomy care, once you've completed hands-on training and been assessed as competent

We'll support you with thorough hands-on training, buddy shifts, and clinical guidance to make sure you're confident and capable before taking on any health-related tasks independently.

What You Need:

• A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle (this role involves travel)
• A NDIS Worker Screening check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and overnights across the week
• Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, Mental Health, or Community Services
• Current First Aid & CPR certificate
