At Home Care’s services range from complex in-home care and nursing services, through to social support, daily living assistance and community access, for people living with disability in Perth and throughout WA.

We are currently seeking a compassionate, dedicated and experienced Enrolled Nurses or High Care Support Workers to support our young clients with complex care needs, residing in their family home within the Northern Suburbs of Perth.

The Shifts

Day shifts, Night shifts and Weekend shifts available.

Skills and Experience

Paediatric or community experience required

Experience with children with complex needs

Seizure management

Social support and companionship

Domestic duties and meal prep

Previous experience in high care disability, particularly clients with acquired brain injuries (preferred but not essential)

Enteral Feeding- PEG and PEJ (preferred but not essential)

02 Therapy and Management (preferred but not essential)

Oral and Nasal suctioning (preferred but not essential)

Mandatory Requirements

NDIS Worker Screening check

Working with children check

CPR certificate

WA drivers licence and road worthy car

Right to work in Australia
