Location: Ascot Vale VIC. Free parking and next to tram stop.

Hours: Flexible – Full time, Part time or Casual.

Rate of pay: $30-$35 per hour depending on experience etc. (plus penalty rates on Saturdays).

Your Skillset

We’re looking for a well-rounded therapist who is friendly, professional, and passionate about client care.

Part of your role will be to assist with front desk/reception tasks. Plus, it is essential that you are confident in demonstrating and retailing our products (training will be provided).

You’ll need to bring:

✅ A Certificate III or higher in Beauty Therapy – minimum 3 years In Salon experience.

✅ A warm and professional demeanour.

✅ Strong treatment skills, including:

• Waxing, manicures and pedicures
• Lash lifts, tints, and basic facials
• Spray tanning (preferred but not essential)

✅ A genuine interest in helping clients feel their best.

✅ Excellent grooming, punctuality, and attention to detail.

✅ Confidence in retail sales, rebooking, and client retention.

✅ Willingness to continue learning and participate in training.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with advanced skin treatments or massage.
• Experience working towards KPI’s.
• Makeup artistry and event preparation.
• BIAB/shellac, intimate waxing.
