We’re looking for a confident, creative, people-first professional to join our clients team as a Styling Consultant or Senior Styling Consultant—depending on your experience.

If you’ve got a passion for interiors, a great eye for detail, and love connecting with people, this could be your next move.

This is more than a sales role—it’s about helping clients see the full potential of a property. You’ll guide them through the styling journey, provide expert advice, and help turn spaces into something truly special.

About the Role

This role is perfect for a sales-savvy professional with a flair for furniture and a love for interior design. You’ll combine commercial confidence with creativity, helping clients make styling decisions that feel both strategic and beautiful.

You’ll work closely with real estate agents, developers, and homeowners—consulting, quoting, and delivering seamless styling experiences from start to finish.

Whether you’re stepping up or bringing senior-level energy, you’ll be part of a collaborative, values-led team that moves fast, supports each other, and gets results.

What You’ll Be Doing

Turn a mix of inbound leads and proactive outreach into real opportunities

Lead consultations with confidence, care, and an eye for what works

Craft beautiful, strategic proposals tailored to each property

Build long-term relationships with clients, agents, and partners

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver styling projects seamlessly

Stay on top of your pipeline, CRM, and admin—keeping everything running smoothly

Styling Consultant

Ambitious and ready to grow in sales, design, or real estate

Naturally engaging and confident in client-facing conversations

Previous experience in styling, customer service, or property a plus

Senior Styling Consultant

Strong background in sales, consulting, or client strategy

Proven ability to manage a pipeline and convert high-value clients

Confident balancing commercial outcomes with creative insight
