We’re looking for confident, sales-focused professionals to join our team as a Styling Consultant or Senior Styling Consultant—depending on your experience.

About the role:

You’ll guide homeowners, real estate agents, and developers through the styling process. From leading consultations to crafting proposals and closing deals, your focus is on building trust, driving results, and delivering a seamless experience. Whether you’re stepping into the role or bringing senior-level expertise, you’ll join a collaborative, high-performing team that values professionalism and creativity.

• Turn incoming inquiries and your own outreach into real business opportunities
• Put together beautiful, thoughtful proposals that suit each property perfectly
• Build genuine relationships with clients, agents, and collaborators
• Work closely with the team to make sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish
• Stay on top of your leads, admin, and CRM—keeping things organised and moving

About you:

You’re a strong communicator, people-oriented, and commercially savvy. You create a sense of trust in every interaction and are motivated by delivering value and results.

• Previous experience in a similar role ideally in styling or real estate
• Comfortable in client-facing conversations
• Background in sales or consulting (ideally property or design-related)
• Confident managing your own leads and converting high-value clients
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness
