Flour Child Cocktail Bar & Pizzeria opened its first venue in the beachy suburb of St Kilda in late 2019 and we have recently opened up our second venue in Richmond late 2024. We would describe Flour Child as a cocktail bar disguised as a pizzeria. Although we hero the iconic Pinsa Romana pizzas, our unique cocktail bar is the bread-winner of this business.
Just like our signature Pinsa bases, our culture is what sets us apart. We are a team of real people, who love what we do and have a good time doing it. We work hard, play hard and have a no bullsh*t approach to how we do business.
We are on the hunt for a high energy and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to jump on board and assist our Venue Manager and help to lead our team. There is the opportunity for genuine career progression for those interested as we look to expand the Flour Child brand. Please note that this role would be based in our Richmond venue
Some of the things you’ll do as a Supervisor:
Implement and maintain high standards around quality, service, and cleanliness
Bring the energy to every session and genuinely engage with our guests
Collaborate on our cocktail and drinks menu, bringing in your creative and theatrical flare
Assist with stock orders, rotation and manage deliveries
Recruit, train and develop our crew to the highest standards
Bring fun ideas to the table on how to further drive sales
What you’ll need to kill it in this role:
Experience behind a high-volume bar or restaurant for at least 2 years
Availability to work weekdays and weekends
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
Good knowledge of cocktails, wines and beers
A team player with an upbeat attitude and positive energy
