We're seeking an experienced HVAC Technician / Refrigeration Mechanic, (full-time or casual) to join our team on a FIFO (Fly-In/Fly-Out) basis from Perth. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems across various commercial and industrial facilities. Key Responsibilities

HVAC System Installation & Maintenance:
Install, test, and maintain HVAC systems (including chillers and split systems) to ensure optimal site performance.

Preventative Maintenance:
Perform scheduled maintenance to reduce system downtime and maintain operational efficiency.

Fault Diagnosis & Troubleshooting:
Quickly identify and repair faults in HVAC equipment to uphold reliability and safety.

Team Collaboration & Task Prioritisation:
Work autonomously and as part of a team to meet targets, with the ability to prioritise tasks under minimal supervision.

Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all work meets WHS standards and adheres to company and regulatory safety requirements.

Essential Qualifications & Certifications

Refrigeration Trade Certificate

WA Restricted Electrical License

Working at Heights (WAH) Certification

First Aid, CPR & LVR

WA Driver’s License & Construction White Card

National Police Clearance (valid within 12 months)

Australian Citizenship / Residency or Valid Work Visa

Ability to pass pre-employment medical & site inductions

Desirable Skills & Experience

Experience in industrial or mining maintenance

Previous FIFO experience

Proven safe work practices and strong WHS compliance knowledge

Able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
