The Role

We are currently looking for experienced Underground Heavy Diesel Fitters and Underground Drill Fitters to join our high performing team. You will be working on essential underground equipment in a hands on role that keeps operations moving.

You will be working with:

Underground Trucks, Loaders (Boggers), and Ancillary Equipment

Underground Drill Rigs such as Sandvik, Epiroc and Atlas Copco

Breakdown repairs, servicing, component change outs and scheduled maintenance

Whether you're looking to step into a new challenge or build on existing underground experience, we have roles to suit you.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic in an underground mining environment

Familiarity with underground equipment such as CAT, Sandvik, Epiroc or Atlas Copco

Drill fitting experience (for Drill Fitter roles)

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems

A proactive attitude towards safety and a strong work ethic

Supervisory experience is a bonus but not essential

What You Will Need

Certificate III in Heavy Diesel Fitting or Mobile Plant Diesel (or RPL)

Proven experience in underground maintenance

A current Australian Driver’s Licence

Ability to FIFO from Perth, Western Australia

Unrestricted working rights in Australia (citizenship or permanent residency required)
