We work across metropolitan Perth and our office is based in Port Kennedy, but you don't have to be! You'll be given a company vehicle, full set up and access to our job management software to manage your jobs.

As we continue to grow, Allen Air & Refrigeration is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Technician with a can-do attitude to join our team. As a Refrigeration Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems. What you'll be doing

Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair issues with refrigeration and HVAC systems across our diverse client base - think government, health, hospitality and more.

Install air conditioning (split systems, ducted systems, VRV, and more) and refrigeration equipment and systems (cool rooms, freezer rooms, and more)

Perform routine maintenance and servicing on refrigeration and air conditioning units

Maintain detailed records of work completed, parts used and issues identified

Provide excellent customer service to clients

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and guidelines

What we're looking for

Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Refrigeration Technician

Resourceful, organised and effective problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and committed to work safely

Ability to clearly communicate and strong customer service orientation

A current Class C driver's licence
