What You'll Do

Leadership & Team Development

• Mentor, coach, and support team members' professional growth
• Drive team performance through clear goals and regular feedback
• Recruit and onboard talent, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment

Technical Execution

• Lead architectural design and ensure alignment with long-term technical strategy
• Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and scalability
• Guide hands-on development work in Python and Java

Project & Resource Management

• Plan and execute development roadmaps, allocating resources effectively
• Proactively manage risk, timelines, and project scope
• Promote agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) and continuous delivery

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as the bridge between engineering, product, and business stakeholders
• Communicate updates and technical insights to senior leadership
• Align team efforts with strategic objectives and market needs

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices
• Drive improvements in tools, processes, and systems to enhance productivity

What You'll Bring

• Strong background in software engineering with hands-on development experience in Python and Java
• Proven track record in leading high-performing technical teams

Contract Term
