We are a chain of Cafes serving Specialty Coffee with locations in Labrador, Southport, and Tugun.

Papercup is looking for an amazing, experienced, customer service focused Barista and Cafe Supervisor to join our Labrador Cafe team.

Ideally you will be eager, enthusiastic, friendly, confident, and competent at your job.

Skills, Duties and Experience

You hold a current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.

Make coffee using our specialist equipment and to our exact recipe.

Work well in a busy and demanding environment.

Food preparation as required.

Self motivated.

Work well in a Team and supporting a Team.

Assist in cleaning duties.

Complete daily checklist, jobs, and tasks.

Communicate well to customers.

Project a mature, professional image to all customers.

Friendly, approachable, and positive customer attitude.

Have a solid knowledge and working experience of coffee, food products and preparation.

Experienced cash register and EFTPOS skills.

Flexible and adaptable to change and challenges
