About the role

We are seeking Casual Production Assistants to support our manufacturing and production teams. This hands-on role involves assisting with assembly, packaging, quality control, warehousing, and general workshop support. Work allocation will vary depending on production demand, offering you the opportunity to learn and grow across multiple areas.

What are we are looking for?

Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a workshop environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Physically capable of manual handling and repetitive tasks

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work as part of a team

Good communication skills and willingness to learn new skills

What desirable attributes should you have?

Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse roles

Familiarity with workshop tools, machinery, or assembly processes

Forklift licence or relevant certifications (not essential)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with assembly, packaging, and general production tasks

Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision

Perform basic quality control checks

Support warehouse operations, including stock handling and inventory

Maintain clean and organised workspaces

Assist with logistics and workshop maintenance tasks

Workplace Environment:

Casual role with near full-time hours available (Mon–Fri, 7:30am–3:30pm)

Limited weekend or after-hours work

Work in a hands-on manufacturing, workshop, or warehouse setting

PPE provided as needed
