We're on the hunt for a friendly, reliable, and well-presented Shop Assistant to join us at the new Beltana Farm Shop – a beautiful space showcasing our own farm-made products, seasonal truffle offerings, and a curated selection of local produce and artisan brands we love and use right here on the farm.

About the Role:
Our shop currently operates Thursday to Sunday, 10am–4pm, with plans to open 7 days a week during our winter truffle season. This casual position is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, but also values being part of a warm and passionate team.

Key Responsibilities:

Opening and closing the shop

Keeping the space tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked

Assisting with packing online orders

Offering warm, engaging customer service

Sharing the stories behind our products with enthusiasm

About You:

Independent and self-motivated

Neat, organised, and detail-oriented

Friendly and confident talking with customers
