Casa Services is seeking a strategic, values-driven Client Services Manager to lead our Supported Independent Living (SIL), Day Program, and Home & Community Support (HCS) services.

The Opportunity
As Client Services Manager, you will oversee a multi-stream portfolio including Casa’s SIL residences, Day Program, and HCS services. Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, you’ll lead an experienced team of Coordinators and Program Leads, ensuring that all services are:
- Compliant with NDIS Practice Standards and legislation.
- Reflective of client goals, strengths, and cultural identities.
- Delivered safely, consistently, and with measurable impact.
This role plays a key part in our Executive leadership and in shaping Casa’s client experience strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic oversight and continuous improvement of SIL, Day Program, and HCS.
- Supervise and develop a multidisciplinary team, including frontline managers.
- Oversee service coordination, quality planning, safeguarding, and risk management.
- Champion participant outcomes through high-quality, values-based practice.
- Monitor compliance and audit readiness across all operational areas.
- Collaborate across departments (HR, Finance, Operations, Clinical) to ensure effective, sustainable service delivery.
- Represent Casa in sector networks and contribute to cross-agency partnerships.
About You
You're an experienced leader in the disability or community services sector with deep knowledge of NDIS operations and a passion for empowering individuals with diverse needs. You bring:
- 3+ years leadership experience in disability, health, or human service.
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Disability, Psychology, Management or related field.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through change and growth.
- Strong cultural competency and trauma-informed practice awareness.
- Expertise in service compliance, safeguarding, risk, and continuous improvement.
- Financial literacy and experience managing program budgets and performance.
