Job Title: Calibration Technician

Hours: Full time (38hrs per week)

Location: Onsite work within the metro area as well as our facility in East Rockingham

Qualifications: All training will be provided

Job Description:

WA Calibrations is seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused Calibration Technician with high attention to detail as well as providing an exceptional customer service experience. The role of a Calibration Technician is to calibrate and maintain various equipment and instruments to specific industry standards to ensure they remain compliant and accurate.

All training will be provided. Any experience in electronics and/or customer service will be advantageous. Typical duties performed can include but are not limited to:

Calibration of industrial, medical and scientific equipment

Testing and Tagging

Customer liaison

Scheduling pick-ups/deliveries

Electronic repairs

Maintaining in house equipment

Travelling to Perth metro and remote sites

As you progress in the role, travel to regional areas will be required to perform on site calibrations at mine sites, processing facilities and medical centres.

Job requirements

Strong customer service experience and communication skills

Valid Drivers Licence

High attention to detail

Good problem solving skills

Strong worth ethic

A positive ‘can do’ attitude

Ability to obtain National Police Clearance
