Your new role

• Based in Kewdale, your new role will see you reporting to the WA Service Operations Manager, with the service work being based all over Western Australia (Port Hedland, Karratha, Murrin, Kalgoorlie etc).
• Your new role will see you working standard service hours Monday to Friday (8am – 4pm). You will be involved in breakdown, installation & repair on a full range of multi – industry compressors. You will be completely flexible with your schedule as you will be adhering to regional travel, and potential 12 hour days as required.
• You will provide exceptional customer service being customer facing daily and reflecting the globally well renowned brand. With the service coordinator supplying detailed daily scheduling of jobs from preventative to reactive you will maintain a high standard of cleanliness, and sophisticated reporting on diagnosis and fault finding. Paramount will be your dedication to safety, and commitment to afterhours requirements (7 week rotation) as the rostered requirements (well compensated).

What you need to succeed

• Fitter trade, or motor mechanic with high mechanical aptitude;
• Proven background in a service role, compressor experience highly advantageous;
• Ability to work autonomously and confident customer facing skills;
• Be highly organised and have the ability to work across varied systems to report on diagnostics, and overall maintenance findings; and
• Flexibility with the afterhours requirement, and occasional regional requirements.
