Mechanical Fitters/Boilermakers/Pipe Fitters/Trade Assistants

Site Based Construction Work at Kemps Creek and Castle Hill

About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters, Boilermakers, Pipe Fitters and or Trade Assistants to join a dynamic team on two seperate projects at Kemps Creek and Castle Hill. This is a site-based role where precision and attention to detail are essential.

The ideal candidates will have a background in Water Treatment and or experience working on large construction sites.
You should be proficient in flange work and large bore work, with a focus on delivering high-quality, precise results. The ability to read and interpret drawings is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems on-site
• Installation of new equipment
• Installation of structural and Pipework
• Flange work and large bore pipe fitting
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and regulations
• Collaborating with a fun and supportive team to meet project deadlines

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience on large construction sites
• Experience with flange work and large bore pipes
• Must hold valid EWP (Elevated Work Platform) and Working at Heights certifications
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Strong attention to detail and high precision in work
• A safety-first mindset and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment
• Confined Space certification is an advantage
  
  

Preferred Experience:

• Background in Water Treatment or previous employment working on a Sydney Water Project
• Previous experience working on large pipe work
